Book: Share a self-help book that meant a lot to you.
It changed my life (literally) when I read it (back in 1995).
The Authors have since updated it in the form of a new book titled "Delivered from Distraction: Getting the Most out of Life with Attention Deficit Disorder"
I bought a year ago (when it was only in hardcover). Someday I may actually read it......
